Novel LAGUNA™ is a biological solution that eats into solids and positively alters the microbial community at work in lagoons, thus remediating crusting, improving flowability and reducing odor.
What is Novel LAGUNA™?
Formulated from Drylet’s patented biocatalyst technology, Novel LAGUNA™ is a dry to the touch, inorganic, nontoxic powder. The highly porous particles are loaded with carefully selected beneficial microbes. Novel LAGUNA™ is so porous that one pound of product provides 700,000 feet2 of surface area (equal to 16 acres) covered with billions of solids digesting microbes. This biocatalyst sinks into the lagoon’s sludge layer where microbes replicate fast and turbo-charge the process of anaerobic digestion to degrade the biosolids in the lagoon.

How to apply Novel LAGUNA™?
Novel LAGUNA™ can be applied during all seasons with best results occurring in warmer months. The product is easily applied from the shore across the surface of a lagoon. In case of crusting or solids on the surface, break the surface crust with a pipe and inject the product through the pipe into the liquid below the surface crust.
